Registration includes the team uniform, all league fees, and flags (if applicable) $285

Practice Guidelines: Practice one hour prior to Game. Games on Sundays

Santa Rosa Flag Football is played on Sundays at Santa Rosa Junior College (Santa Rosa League)

All Practices are one hour prior to your game (2 hour a week commitment)

All uniforms are provided to each athlete (shorts and jersey included

Head Gear and mouth guard is Required and is sold on site of the games or purchased at sporting goods store.

We do NOT take team or friend requests. Our league is run like little league with a tryout and draft. Every athlete who signs up will be assigned to a team.

If you you miss assessment day you child will be placed via lottery to a team

Practice and Game times

6u practice 9am games 10am-11am

8u practice 10am games 11am-12pm

10u practice 11am games 12pm-1pm

12u practice 12am games 1pm-2pm

14u practice 1pm games 2pm-3pm
